Done something to my back.

Right down at the small of my back, i'm getting very sharp pain, just off to one side.

 

Have to sit on hard upright chairs as getting out of the couch is a f***ing nightmare. Can't sleep with the f***er either.

 

So visit my GP or do you generally go straight to a chiropractor with this?
