pawlu Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 We certainly seem to be looking at this sort of set-up more frequently. There was something about a similar deal in India and now this one. However, I'm not really convinced that this is simply to find new talent and it is more likely to be a way to make money i.e. by setting up summer schools for which the kids have to pay as is the case here.
