smithdown Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 Three terror suspects challenged a ruling that they can be subjected to control orders based on secret evidence, and the Law Lords have now ordered that the cases should be heard again. Nine Law Lords had allowed the men's appeals after they argued that they did not know what they were accused of.
