Anyone got a recipe for

bhujia - little crunchy Indian noodle type things - I went to an Indian restuarant a few weeks back and was given a bag of the stuff because I had one dish that was made from bhujia and really liked so ended up with a bag of the stuff. Now I can't find any decent recipes for it and there are no cooking instructions on the pack. So.... I'm afraid to ask but......
