So it's going to be a five game,winner-takes-all series of 20-20.

The winning players are to get £500,000 each!!!

Seriously,the mind boggles.

How pissed off would you be if:

a)You didn't get selected,as a regular England player (Cook,Strauss,Vaughan definitely aren't shoo ins for a 20-20 game)

b)The wicketkeeper drops a dolly in the last over that loses you the game (and £500k)

Why would the fans care about the outcome of this game? Its not like this is a proper series

I'd say the prospect of getting £500k for winning the series makes it a fascinating contest.

If just to see the level of competition and intensity.

In theory, this should already be there for Tests,ODIs etc,but this takes it to a whole different level.

I will be fascinated to see the player reactions out there. It's still not cricket, but it's interesting.

For the players its very intersting, but for the supporters surely its nothing more than a glorified exhibition

An exhibition in which the winners get £500k each.

I'd say that makes it more than competitive.

Competitive yes, so you will be able to see good attacking cricket

caring about who wins the thing, not really ( a bit like the IPL)

From a fans perspective,definitely.

I wasn't that fussed about the IPL,because I had no affinity for any of the sides,so most of that kind of passed me by to be honest-I caught a few games, but endless sixes bores you after a while.
