A Really s*** 24 hours

Leave the pub, I'm late. The missus is going to kill me.

Get to Waterloo. All the trains are f***ed. It's freezing. I've got no battery on my mobile. Going to be even later. She's going to torture then kill me.

Get a train eventually. It's full of f***ing Portsmouth fans, acting like g*******s. The train then decides to not stop at my station.

I get off a Guildford, to get a cab back. Give her a call from a payphone, she's not too pissed off, but wants a takeaway. Get a cab eventually, realise that I have leant Anny Road most of my cash for purchasing the takeaway, so get the cab driver to stop at the local co op to get some money out. Co op has had a refurb. For our convenience they have removed the cash point. Go round the corner, LTSB cashpoint is still there. Put my card in, the machine malfunctions and is telling me to take my card, but the card is still inside the machine. Eventually it tells me it has been retained and I need to contact my bank.

Get home ring up the bank, they hope to have my card sent to me some time this week, though it may well be next week. Decide to eat a bit of easter egg chocolate to cheer myself up, and when I bite into it, my front tooth breaks in half. Repair bill likely to be somewhere in the region of a grand.

Wake up Sunday morning full of cold.

f***ing marvellous. That's the last time I lend Anny Road any money.
