Incompetant f***ing t***s

 

I'm moving house in about 3 weeks time and so I called Sky about 2 weeks ago to advise them of this so that I can get my dish and broadband set-up for when we move.

 

I got home last night only to find that my broadband at home wasn't working and when I phoned they said that they had cancelled it and it would take 10 working days to set back up again and as I was moving, they wouldn't even do this. The reason? My current phone number and the postcode I will be moving to in 3 weeks don't match!!! Useless f***ing c**** - of course they don't f***ing match.

 

After speaking to 6 different people who all told me different reasons for this 'procedure' I demanded to speak to a supervisor or a manager only to be told that they would only speak to new customers and not to existing customers. Unbef***inglievable.

 

So now I've got no broadband for the next 3 weeks at home which means that I will only be spamming from work :rant::rant::rant:
