Headline going in tomorrow's (Weds) paper concerning the Norris case - the nurse who killed four elderly patients at two Leeds hospitals - reads 'How was he able to kill my mother?'

 

Now, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure sticking the needle full of insulin into her arm or leg achieved his aim. That's certainly what the prosecution went with.
