R A Softlad Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 ...next season. Wonder if he'll turn it around for them?
Cliff M Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 One of the most supremely gifted players the world has seen. He scored left, right, headers, inside the box and out. If he's as good as a manager Ajax will be back at the top.

Joey Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 (edited) There was something in the paper the other day about Cruyff taking over as Director of Football. Hope its true. Edited February 22, 2008 by Average Joe
surf Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 The Dutch national side doesn't suggest they will be. The Dutch national side have average players. No defence or midfield to speak of.
mick Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 ...next season. Wonder if he'll turn it around for them? its practically a cliche at this stage (for Ajax) but it depends on the youth players they are bringing through.VB can not turn that around in a season or two. Because of the nature of the Dutch league they will always be a selling club so the most they can get out of gifted youth players is 1 or2 years methinks. I won't be putting any money on them being a force in the CL any time soon.
Kahnee Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 The Dutch national side have average players. No defence or midfield to speak of. Should go back to picking Kuyt then
