I remember watching that game and being absolutly crushed when we were down 3-0! But when Gerrard hit that header and started to wave his arms to lift the team i could't help but feel like we were still in it!! What a great memory that i will remember for the rest of my life!! Come on lads lets do it!! Lets lift that cup for number 6!!

The chelski semi fina was increadible! I scared my wife to death!! I have never yelled so much in my life!! Athens was a let down, but we still came in second in Europe which is still a great accomplishment!! Lets finish it this yar and win it all!! Number 6 is on the way!!

Was watching LFC TV last night and they had Gerrard and his moments that shook the kop.

 

The Olympiakos strike is a thing of beauty.

I think it was only because it was the "I'm here and I'm staying" context to it I suppose. I travelled up for that game for that, which it would have been very easy not to do.

 

Plus he got a quality reception, which given he'd put us through the ringer again was pretty good.

It wasnt. It was for being the highest ever Liverpool European goalscorer. I think

The Olympiakos strike, I really watched it, and it wasn't a simple strike, he really had to get his body into an odd position, and to hit it as hard as he did from there, it was pretty special.
