Mobile phone on planes

Now, I've never been 100% convinced about what mobile phone signals can do to interfere with plane systems, but I take them at their word and don't switch mine on.

 

Now, coming into land at Stansted Tuesday night. Bad weather, raining, lots of cloud. We're literally 20 seconds from landing, the plane's rocking a bit. Some utter f***ing whore bitch in the row behind. Her phone rings, she answers. "Yeah. we're just coming into land." The plane hits the runway, wobbles massively side to side, and seems to go a bit sideways.

 

I'm not saying it was her, but I was f***ing gobsmacked. Why do some people think rules don't apply to them alone??

 

And she was one of those rat faced thin lipped middle class types with some drongo boyfriend with a ridiculous straggly beard. c***S.
