there's a british pub in santa monica that shows all the games, cant remember the soddin name though, bit ive watched a game there might be the red lion, but it was basically between the bottom of the pedestrian street, and the pier.

 

 

best I can do unless one of the locals jumps on here in the next few hours

The Britannia Pub on Santa Monica Boulevard.

It's s*** in there. Had murder with a c**k-er-nee about Gerrard on the right last season around this time.

 

There's a bar that's dirt cheap and does great burgers in Venice, possibly on Washington down by the beach. That doesn't have the match on or anything but it does great burgers. It's on the right hand side of the road as you walk down towards the beach. There's a smoothie place opposite that's similarly boss. Can't remember the name for the life of me.

 

EDIT: It's a bit sawdust on the floor from what I can remember but that's a cracking antidote for LA. Hinano's might be the name.

The Britannia is alright but it gets a fair few expats moaning about how bad the UK is. There are a few other bars around Venice and Santa Monica that have Setanta.

There are two pubs in that area that are great for watching games.

 

The c**k and Bull, on Lincoln, is a Liverpool pub and has a large projector for the games.

 

The King's Head shows games as well, but I have personally never gone there for a game.
