Complaining

call me a whinging cow if ya like, but i won't tolerate inept or rude service in places that will take my money for things..

For instance, last night in the bar, queuing with 2 other friends - one of who gets served right away even tho he's standing in the no-service area (for glass collectors). Myself and a female friend still wait, and wait, and it's busy, so we wait some more. Eventually the bar man comes over and barks at us - I look to my friend and she looks at me (as to who will go first) the barman takes this as that we haven't decided and says "ok you don't want anything, next" and moves on to the guy standing beside us. It was literally 2 secs...even the guy beside us was surprised by the barman's rudeness. And the customer even apologised for the barman! So, I get a bit annoyed saying "excuse me, I was in the middle of ordering something" - and barman ignores me and walks off! c***

Another bar man came over and served us - and waited very patiently for the money to be handed over...I felt like not paying at all...

So grumpily, i go back to the table, drop off my drink, and go to another part of the bar to ask for the duty bar manager - complain to him about his staff member. Manager agrees and apologises - and we get cocktails on the house
