Koptalk Renewals

Hello all - I was a long time member of Koptalk until I discovered this and other sites and eventuslly the truth behind that particular site.

 

Anyway - my subscription was due for renewal a few weeks ago I got an -mail from them regarding it. I clearly stated that I did not wish to renew & not to deduct from my paypal account ( have proof of this this - kept the mail) - they still took the money.

am not the only person this has happened to

Just noticed it today & have mailed them asking for a refund.

 

I know from other posters that I am not the only person this has happened to - can anybody advise me from past experience as what to do here?
