Anyone see Tony Wilson on TV just then?

There's a new kidney cancer drug which his local trust will not supply to him as NICE reckon it isn't fully justified. Top oncologists though reckon it could extend the life of a patient with the condition for up to ten years. Wilson is lucky in that wealthy and influential friends from the music biz are funding the drug privately for him but his point is that this is the new Herceptin and should be given routinely in all cases such as his.

 

Anyway, whatever the rights and wrongs, the poor man looked 20 years older than his age and has visibly shrunk in size judging by the suit he was wearing that barely touched his emaciated body.
