The man never stops posting on here. He therefore neither eats nor sleeps.

 

He has been everywhere, seen everything and met everyone. No human has enough time to do these things.

 

He dresses very questionably yet does not seem to have had the kicking that he deserves for his apparel.

 

He uses WD40 rather than Lynx africa as deoderant.

 

I think the case for him being some sort of cyborg is pretty conclusive.

 

Whether or not he's an evil robot is up for debate.
