Lying in bed last night and an idea came to me

There I was suffering my usual insomnia, struggling to get to sleep as my mind races thinking about all sorts of rubbish?

And then it hit me? a pizza parlour!! Not just any kind of pizza parlour, but one that as well as doing the usual kinds of pizza?s (Hawaiian, Mighty Meaty etc), but one that does novelty pizzas. My idea included:

Bolognaise Beauty ? Instead of tomato puree, use a bolognaise sauce on the pizza base, with cheese on top.

Curry Surprise ? Instead of tomato puree, use a curry on the pizza base, with cheese on top. Has the added benefit of having the toppings under the cheese and already done. Imaging those lovely chunks of chicken on a pizza, with a spicy curry sauce adding flavour.

Beans Bonanza ? Instead of tomato puree, use beans on the pizza base, with cheese on top. How many of you put cheese on beans on toast? It?s the obvious progression to make it into a pizza. You could even add Worcester sauce and/or mixed herbs to season as preferred.

Spaghetti Hoop Special ? As above, but with spaghetti hoops instead of beans.

Chilli Con Pizza ? Again, scrapping the tomato puree, use chilli as the sauce instead.

Chicken Supreme ? Chicken supreme sauce instead of tomato.

Steak & Kidney ? Meat, in a sauce, with cheese = lovely. FACT

The possibilities are endless?. This time next year? we?ll be millionaires!!
