Trapped Nerve

I've got a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder area which I've had for 3 days now.

 

Any advice on the best place for treatment?

 

And is a physio, chiropodist or what the best course of action? I just want a quick fix for this.

 

 

Note: I am going to Amsterdam next Tuesday, so replies of that nature are not needed. Ta.
