Same here. I first cringed, then saw the humour of ridiculing tubby beeatch ex-best footballer on the planet. Couldn't quite bring myself to sing it, neither did I particularly dissaprove.

Theres a distinct difference between Wycombe singing it to a no mark out of their league and the Kop singing it to "The best footballer on the planet"
