Playing 11 a side friendly game last night on astro turf. Pitch was like concrete and there was a frost as well. I was up front and about ten minutes in, a ball came to me and I laid it off first time to our winger. s***house motherf***** from the other team launches into a tackle from about ten yards away, I see him coming and try to jump out of the way. He catches me on the ankle, flips me over and I come down right onto my hip. f***ing agony. I wanted to kill the c***.

"Sorry, I slipped" he said as he leant over me, the f***ing prick.

Had to go in goals for the rest of the game, freezing my balls off. Woke up this morning and I can barely walk.
