Sweetbread

[pipnasty]

Anyone ever had this?

There appears to be two main varieties;

The throat sweetbread which is the thymus gland and the stomach sweetbread which is the pancreas. They come from piglets or calves that are usually younger than one year old.

I think the word 'sweetbread' is slightly misleading.

It sounds f*ckin' rank to me.
