I am f***ing livid. Just received a phone call from Comet, who have informed me for the third week running they will not be able to deliver my new washing machine, as they are out of stock.

 

Under normal circumstances I would be ok with it all, but I am fuming because I specifically asked the store assistant whether they actually had the item in their own warehouse. They told me they had, I asked them to check and was told again that they did have it in stock. c***ing f*****s have now told me that they have not had it in stock for over a month.

 

I was offered a new delivery date of 25th November (no guarantees) or a refund. c****. I will be going into the store to see them tmrw and launch a tirade about their service levels. f***ing pissed off and now I have to spend more money and waste more time down the f***ing launderette.
