a few things that have changed as a result of the last win...

Everyone at the club can now focus on the premiership for a few extra weeks(due to us qualifying with games to spare).

The press will get off Rafa's back as we've won a few games.

Also this run of unchanged teams crap will stop as he put out an unchanged team.#

you know he did that just to stop them counting ;) He's right too, you cant beat the brittish press so the best way out is to offer them as little as possible to taunt you with and get on with your job.

Overall, things are looking up... let's keep it like this, get a run together and get back into the race for the prem.

I very much doubt Rafa gets up in the morning thinking what he can do to stop the owwibble English gutter press from slagging him off.

If he was so soft he'd have pandered to 'em 2 years ago.

they mightn't bother him but they would get the spirit in the camp down a bit

Still hate Luis Garcia?

I don't actually hate Garcia but if you're asking me whether he is good enough for the team? I'd say no at the drop of a hat.

has many terrible games where he wasted possession and pops up with a brilliant goal or 2 every now and then? sorry mate we very much disagree about him.

I'm not surprised if people find him frustrating but to single him out as the reason why we lose or don't play well is a little much. He comes up with vital goals and doesn't get the credit he deserves for scoring them. He does waste possession, but it's not just him. If Gerrard gives the ball away (which he does often), or Carra fecks up a clearance (which he has done so far this season), they are just as much to blame as Luis Garcia.

Exactly.

Read the Paul Tomkins article on the offal ~ Luis Garcia has never directly been responsible for us losing a goal...

I seem to remember one against Fulham at Anfield, 3-1, Andy Cole equalised after Morientes put us ahead.

Garcia wanted to play a return ball but either it was a bad one or Gerrard wasn't on the same wavelength. Couple of passes later, the ball was in the back of the net.

He's directly responsible for giving us all many heart flutters though.
