mole was at a corporate event recently and the after-dinner speaker was Boris Johnson.

 

She had the following exchange with the great man.

 

Boris: "So, are you drunk as well?"

 

Mole: "Not yet but hoping to be quite soon."

 

B: "Good. One should always get pissed on a Tuesday night."

 

[A pause. Boris looks down]

 

B: "Impressive cleavage."

 

M: "Um, right... Thank you."

 

B: "Grow them yourself did you? Very nice."

 

M: "Yes, thanks."

 

B: "Sorry, I shouldn't have said that."
