JOB AGENCIES

Hi Guys

Wondering if you can help me out, as I was thinking of changing employers I decided to register with 3 job agencies in my field ( Accountancy ) now they all got me interviews and I went along to each one. I was called back for second interviews for each of them. I went back to one, liked it and accepted their offer straight away. Now with the others I said I had accepted another job and will not be attending the other second interviews.

A few days later one of the agencies with whom I turned down the offer a second interview phoned my boss and asked her how they were going to replace me and mentioned me by name. The problem I have is that I have'nt even handed in my notice, now the relationship between my boss has detoriated because she obviously knows I am going to leave but not sure when - still have'nt handed my notice and its nearly a month down the line.

Does anyone know what come back I can have with the agency ???? they definately broke client confidentiatly but what can I do ???? and I think they broke the rules of the data protection act

None of the other agencies that I have registered with have phoned my boss, instead just asking me to let them know when i hand in my notice
