personal injury claims

I was involved in an accident last march, the day before I handed my notice in at work....the accident was my fault..I was on Queens Drive, too close to some bint who braked and I hit her...it was that light there was no damage to my car (and I mean none)

 

anyway she has claimed personal injury, which is a f***ing joke...she has a list of ailments the length of her arm...dizziness, lack of sleep, whiplash, stiff arm, IBS (ffs)

 

so I recieve the claim from her solicitor which I pass onto my ex company's ,insurance firm.....I receieved t back yesterday claiming that they could not accept liability because I was working my notice (which I want and it wouldnt matter anyway)

 

My solicitor has told them to b****x mind

 

but it f***ing pissed me off......esp this c*** of a woman
