We have a game in hand, and chelsea have already lost a game too.

If we beat Chelsea (and that's a big ask) we'll be still 2 points behind them and 5 behind manu. If we lose we're 8 points behind Manu already which is very poor indeed.

 

Still it's early in the season so who knows.

Beating Chelsea is a must ~ we may still be 2 points behind them, but with a game in hand.

We play Chelsea next Sunday, our game in hand on Wednesday week against Newcastle and then it's Spurs at home. The Mancs play Arsenal and Reading during that time and I can see them picking up another 6 points there. Given that, we could find ourselves just 5 points adrift come Saturday week, though 7 points may be more realistic. I refuse to entertain the worst case scenario.
