Guest The Defender Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 With all this talk of our new ground finally being put into motion.. how would people feel if we shared a stadium with everton.. If the financial rewards where greater.. and it helped the city economically... Would you accept it.. ?
DazzlaJ Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I'd rather bodybuild, get drunk and suck c**k

Guest Paris 81 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 No chance. If they did that would be me finished with with the club and football.
reniformis Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 That'd be me and the club finished. It would make no sense on any level. Give the people who would happily see us all die a leg up? Inextricably link our future with the blues****'s finances? No chance.
Spike Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 If them c**** want to groundshare they can take Melwood when we aren't training. Them concrete walls are tough to climb over when you only have knuckles for hands as well.
Kvarme Ate My Food Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I'm amazed this has never been discussed before
reniformis Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I'm amazed this has never been discussed beforeYeah, but even though we've been given permission to go ahead this issue will keep rearing its ugly head in the future. Imagine in 10 years that the slime are still in their pit and we want permission to expand to 70k. What do you think the council will suggest we do to allow said expansion? We should keep saying no, even when its not required. Just to make damn sure it doesn't happen.
Guest Kev Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I'm still sceptical that this could happen.

Absolutely not - not f***ing sharing with them and the pitch would be a f***ing quagmire I'm still sceptical that this could happen. I don't think it would - there would be 1,000s of Liverpool fans returning season tickets and 1,000s more Evertonians returning theirs. The ground would be 50% empty for every game ever played there
