ISP/browser problems

I cancelled our AOL account over 2 weeks ago and I'm finally back online.

I'm on Virgin.net now and can't get I Explorer to find any web pages, I have to go through START> SEARCH and this opens up an explorer page which works but then I can't open any other working explorer windows. I've spent a fortune on the phone to tech support and feel like throwing the whole lot out the window.


Any tips ?
