The incompetent f*cks I work for

Promised me a raise and a promotion a few weeks back, went to a meeting tonight where I was told I wasn't getting the raise, or a new job title but would still be taking on the responsibilities of that role. I'm f***ing seething.

The bit that has me most angry is that they acted as if I was being cheeky for asking about it, it's not as if I asked for the raise in the first place, they offered it out of the blue because we're taking an extra member of staff onto our show and I was going to be made producer. I wouldn't mind, but I was told only last week that the raise had been approved and then tonight he was going on as if I'd made it up "who told you that you'd be getting a raise?"... Me: "The guy sitting to your left told me, repeatedly". The prick couldn't even look me in the eye.

It all stems from the fact that they've only sold ?2000 in ads in the last six months despite us having over 50,000 listeners a day which puts us above several much bigger stations (who are raking in ad revenue). We've had loads of companies interested in sponsoring the show, but as soon as they deal with these clowns they run a mile.
