Under the law that came in 6th April 2006 it is now possible to transfer pension funds from the UK to overseas as long as the scheme overseas has notified HMRC that it is a recognized overseas pension scheme.

 

How do I get a list of USA based schemes that have notified HMRC that they are recognized? Cos the numpties I?m dealing with over here still haven?t worked out that other countries have different types of schemes and that they aren?t all called 401K?s
