Floyd Patterson dies

The first man to regain the heavyweight championship. It was a great achievement to win the title,given the size he was,and he possessed one hell of a leaping left. From all accounts a really nice man too,perhaps too nice. Watching people fight in Cus' peek-a-boo was always entertaining to watch.

Was terrified of Sonny,but who,apart from Ali,wasn't? Sonny was naturally a huge guy,these days Patterson probably wouldn't have fought about light-heavy or cruiser.

 

Rest in peace Floyd,a great champion.
