And this is really what does my head in... the level of "evidence" used to find Luis guilty of the charge and the proposed and potential punishment. While I understand the maths (balance of probability), this topic / charge is way too important to get wrong. Racism is a serious issue and accusing one of being a racist is also a very serious matter. It is amazing to me, given this importance, that there is absolutely no corroborating evidence. Forgive me if I have missed this, but there is no direct evidence, outside of Evra's testimony, that he was abused (racially or otherwise).
