We can point to the fact that Reading scored from a dodgy penalty, a free kick that went straight in (Doyle didn't touch it) and a goal on the break when we were pushing forward. We can also highlight that we had two strong cases for a penalty denied, that we struck the woodwork twice and that Carra nearly set up Crouch etc. Or we could look at Arsenal. I was at the Boro/Arsenal game yesterday and they were abject. Absolutely awful. Boro were first to everything and Arsenal were rightly beaten after being played off the pitch. You don't see an hysterical reaction from Arsenal fans do you? We lost to Reading, they lost to Middlesbrough and United lost to Bolton last week. Results like this happen occasionally. It's disappointing, we have a right to feel agrieved with the way the game panned out but it's over and we have a must win game tomorrow night that - in the long run - is far more important that one league game is.
