Regis Le Bris sounds like a Tintin character. -

It might have bent in. Have they had Hawkeye on it? No. Give the lad the goal FFS. No one cares about it hitting the ankle of some defender. -

They’ve taken the goal off Wirtz I see. Joyless slags. -

Yeah they obviously don’t know how we operate. -

More than just about any other club, maybe because it’s my club, but you can take our temperature in the first few minutes & you know where we are at for the game. Was the same under Jurgen TBF. Albeit the temperature was usually very f***ing high. -
It wasn’t the finish of someone who lacked confidence was it.

Ha ha. What Hassony said!

The quotation marks on this post are a huge disappointment here. Like where we’ve scored an absolute screamer, but the first replay shows it’s a yard offside.

Match Topic West Ham vs Liverpool - Premier League, 30th November @ 2:05pm

Don’t judge everyone by your own standards. My “action” will consist of half-cut absurdity from a group of children in their 50s. -

Well I'm going. Looking forward to the pre match "action" anyway. -
Are we sticking with 433? Wirtz can't play as one of the midfield 3. That much we know. Hasn't looked up to playing as part of a front 3 either. Terrible scenes.

I think they give him the next 3 games. All games that are absolutely games LFC should be winning. The problem is I think if he’s still here we lose all 3 and then there will be no denying we are actually in a relegation battle. I really liked Arne from the off. Folk were being all snooty about him & not listening to his interviews & that, but he struck me as someone with a plan who spoke clearly and made a lot of sense. And every time he spoke he seemed to say the right thing. And then he won the League for FFS. And then he did the first thing I didn’t like, and let them switch off. I hated that, and said on here that it was dangerous. That all of life is habits and you can’t let bad ones in, especially in elite performance. Folk laughed and said “we’ve just won the League, it doesn’t matter”. We didn’t win a game, drifted about and let in lots of goals, 2 a game, almost every game. But “it doesn’t matter cos we’ve won the League”. Well it matters now.

I don’t see them sacking him this week, lose to West Ham and it multiplies but even then I don’t think so. It’s an unenviable position as, whether we agree with it or not, they will have an eye on the optics of it in the football world, which will be huge. Liverpool sacking the guy that just won them the League in his first season. It’s seismic. And if we step out of our bubble it’s a bit mad really. And yet, on form, there’s plenty of merit to it. The hidden variable (from us anyway) is the attitude of the players. If there’s multiple moans internally then it might happen more quickly. If they are behind him then I think he gets a fair bit more time yet.

Werner was at Anfield today apparently.

People change their minds all the time or hadn’t you noticed?

Jurgen is the answer. He just is.

I think Iraola is a huge talent personally. It would be a gamble but I really like him.

Looks a worse purchase with every passing game.
