I know the team didn't play great as a whole but I really felt Kuyt was awful. Obviously delighted he got the goal and I know he can be a smashing player (the euros for example), but last nights performance was just terrible. Aside from the goal I don't remember him doing one good thing with the ball. He may be good off the ball but if you're playing for liverpool fc you should be able to do something with it as well! I think he has to show what he is capable of and consistently so or let him go soon.

Its always incredibly s**** to lose to the sc*m but i reckon its the most satisfying losing result possible. We dominated the game and made them look like a 'small club' looking for a 0-0. While at the same time rooney got injured and scholes actually got a card for once. Id much prefer to lose this way than to have them piss on us and walk away 1-0 winners. and its not as if theyve ended our title ambitions all theyve done is made it a bit harder to get 2nd which is unlikely at this stage anyway and there is f all difference between 3rd and 4th. still tho.......W*NKERS

i would have felt hard done by if we'd scored that goal and it was called offside. there was no 'daylight' between him and carra (i think it was carra) and its better to give the advantage to the attackers isnt it? i could be wrong i only saw it once or twice but thought it was the correct decision. sure we won anyway!

i think it is similar to being 3-0 down. you cant see over the mountain of 3 goals or 11 points. but 1 goal or 3 points closer and the mountain becomes a hill. just a comparison anyway. the message is believe!

As i said to my mates who support united ,its inevitable having mates who support the scum living in dublin by the way, in a text as thierry headed that goal in in the dying minutes. 'we have the league in the bag lads'. i really feel its possible. people seem to give it up far too easily. its like being 3-0 behind at halftime against ac milan. it seems impossible. and i dont want to blow my trumpet but my older brother sat with his head in his hands at half time in that game, i tried to reassure him 'it's on!'. he said there was no chance. i said all it takes is one goal and maybe one of their players makes a stupid tackle,gives away a peno and gets sent off and were back in it straight away. i was almost right, and how gattuso didnt get sent off was a mystery to me. take your blinkers off and look at the bigger picture. IT'S ON !

Why is a draw the 'best result'? i know the a*** are closer to us now but 3rd or 4th isn't much diff in the end? and we want the best chance possible of 1st which we got from an arsenal win. i know it means more competition for 2nd but ill take that over a gap over arsenal and less of a chance for 1st
