Problem is the bounce is on both of their weaker legs, a result of putting a right footed centre half (carra) on the left and having a left footer playing left back. Might have been better to play a right footed left back considering they had no attacking presence on the right..

Massive difference between MD & CEO. Dein (I guess) would be CEO. MD deals with the day to day running of the business. CEO sets overall vision and direction. (Overly simplistic I know).

That seems to be what happened. The brief: Here's lots of money. Buy cost effective players to help us reach our goals. The result: Downing, The Chad, £35 million andy carroll...
