    Yes £5k maximum for a Champions League match and its for refs like Oliver or Taylor of the highest category. Refs like England would get £2-3k max in Europa or Conference League.

    Saudi league used English refs for quite a long time already, UAE league not sure. In fact not only English refs, top German, Dutch refs also regularly work there. The difference of course is that in Germany there is a 50+1 rule and UAE or Saudi state will never own any German club.
