On the back of the letter from the FA that came with my tickets in the T&C - this: 3. The ticket is and remains at all times the property of the FA. Surely this means the theft has been the theft of FA property and therefore they can't wash their hands of it.

Yeah when I read the selling details I read it as saying that if we didn't send a SD pre paid envelope with it then we wouldn't get tickets but I know a couple of people who have received their tickets in a normal envelope via online. The normal postie brings it and you just sign for it. They leave a card if yu're out and you go round the post office and get them.

If a decision was made before Thursday night then I still think something could be done but it all comes back to the "couldn' t be arsed" attitude of the folk in Cardiff.

There's a few clubs who use Ticketmaster. I think the Mancs also do. Thing is the booking fees with them are even more expensive than the one we charge.
