I never said we were better than them. I said they weren’t better than us. I also said the reason they are above us is down to luck. If you want facts just look at our respective injury records for this season. You’ll objectively see how much of an advantage it has been for them and disadvantage it has been for us. They’ll never get to play their first XI so many times again in a season. It has been extremely lucky. Or skill. I don’t know. Maybe that’s the one area they have us beat. I guess part of football is being fit. And not getting raped by the refs.
