Very good Not really interested in last season, but not beating Arsenal at Emirates is no sign of being cr*p - after all, when do we ever win there? The point i'm making isnt that they're one of the best sides or anything, but if they drew the mancs, over two legs, they're easily capable of making it a contest, as opposed to a walkover for united.

Half of the last 8 are decided and they are.... Barcelona Schalke Spurs Shakhtar Christ, what a downgrade this competition has become.

All comps = Champions League as well. 5 wins out of 6 in the group phase this season and dicked Roma home and away... Not saying they're contenders to win the thing, but they can hold their own against a very unspectacular manc side.

They may well get past them, but they wouldnt coast - and with the mancs away performances being what they are, 'decent' is potentially all Shakhtar might NEED to be. They havent lost at home for something like 50 odd games in all comps. I think it'd be closer than people think, but Shakhtar would probably need the home leg first.

Based on this season, Shakhtar would run the mancs pretty close. In fact, Marseille may yet do so as well.

Oh aye, the notion of him being the 'best' striker/player in the world, is just folly. He's not a patch on Messi, Ronaldo or Suarez Spurs fans, in the CL for the first time ever, into the last 8 (where a club like their's clearly doesnt belong) - and how do their fans celebrate? Oh yeah - they sing about Arsenal....haha. Smile time f*ckers.

The CL is p*ss poor this season, Barcelona aside. It's almost reached the stage where, out of 8 quarter finalists, only 1 or 2 can actually win it.

Whether or not Zlatan *plays* well or not, the fella scores plenty of goals in domestic football. As i was saying before, i dont think you can score that many goals, season after season, and not be any good

Milan just dont seem to have any kind of 'turn of pace' or ability to just crank up the tempo when needed.

Pato's very talented and Zlatan's scored too many goals to not be any good. Robinho's just nothing though.

It's good that he WANTED to play football, but with a one-striker system and Torres in that form that he was in back then, Crouch wasnt entitled to even think he should've been in the side.
