What is winding me up here is it only takes one sentence from both Gerrard and Torres infact only 2 words...................."Im staying" laying the matter to bed and allowing Torres to concentrate and the world cup and Gerrard to go away on holiday with his future not up in the air!!! what gets me is the contract he signed..........why put in a clause for 16m its crazy.This from a man who loves the club yet wants 16 m from us??? Now im not a Rafa hater or lover ive mixed views and opinions, but this part of the contract i cant believe both parties on it. why the club put it in knowing the financial situation and the same goes for Rafa,why want this much from the club who he holds so high and loves. I do take all factors into account....Yes agree there are factors that have hampered Rafa of course,but not to blame Rafa at any level is as you put it...STUPID.
