We only created one cross of note today simple as that. im not saying the strikers arew blameless at all. Just saying we need to be more intebse with our creativity thats all and i think we can do better with the ball when we have it in the oppositions half!!

To be fair to him the headers he did have where all under a challenge and where over hit to him not a real clear cut chance id say.

Having watched the last 4 games it seems to me we are missing something other than blaming the strikers. First of all exept for Cisse missing against the scum can anyone tell me another chance any striker has "missed" also Garcia against brum (only 2 though) To score goals strikers need to be given the ball and the midfield create for them . I cant recall only for once today a great ball been put in the six yard box.. we havent given them crosses that have been inch perfect. I feel as a team we need to create more for the strikers whoever they are. We have had very little of that from the team as a whole, corners set pieces around the box we are terrible cant deliver at all. while i agree the strikers are not on top form i feel the team as a whole need to look at the chances we are creating for them and when we do that then lets have a go at the strikers until then , we need to look at us to create more.

Pressure.do we a favour hes 30 and played top flight football in more pressure games than this.its not as if hes 17 making his debut or anything.play your strongerst team and IMO Fowler in it is stronger than what we have started with.
