Fair point but I (in all my scouting knowledge ) think he will get a big move but never hit that top, top level. If we sign him, he will be the next Mo Salah.

I may not have articulated my point very well. I see Dibling following the Walcott path. Walcott had lots of promise but never quite took those final steps after so much early promise.

The last 8 years have been great but he could have handled his exit better. I would sold him in January tbh. As great as he is at what he does, he play in a position that has responsibilities and doesn't fulfil them very well. He is a sublime passer of the ball but nothing else about him is outstanding.

He's gone and has been gone (mentally) for a while. He won't be on mega money and we would have matched it and part of me is glad that he won't be our captain, I never thought he had "it". Frimpong will be a revelation and Slot's restructure will shift from narrowing the field his team will drag it wide and high. Chalf on their boots FBs and wingers.

If Frimpong comes in, I would expect another DM to come in (a proper anchor player) and RW to sit more centrally.

When the league is won, the contract details will appear. I believe Robbie Fowler was on to something back in January.

MacAllister as the 10 and Szoboszlai to the RW improves creativity but we 100% need a goalscorer. Jota, Diaz, Nunez are nailed on to go. I'd love a Vlahovic, Gyokeres or Sesko. Gimenez would have been great but moved to Milan recently.

If we go Frimpong, we will need a deeper double pivot. I am genuinely worried about the summer.

Right back is one of my worries with TAA going and Bradley being good but injury prone (ish). I don't know if he starts for any other European top five league winners. We can't afford a learner next to an injury prone Konate. There is a real dearth of rb quality that is gettable.

If we are talking midfield I'd go Baleba, Wharton or Stiller.

Kelleher, Diaz, Nunez, Tsimikas, Trent, Salah, VvD, Elliott, Morton, Endo, Jota and Chiesa all may go this summer. Marmadashvili coming in may leave Alisson questions too, either way it's a hell of a summer coming up.
