Torres won't be sold in this transfer window no matter what Chelsea's increased bid is, or even if they do make one. I think the club and Kenny know that it would be a bad decision. He wants to go, that's fine with me BUT only at the end of this season. He is not the same player we had in his first season with us, where he scored 33 goals or even his second season. He does not have the same energy levels or hunger he once had and also taking into account the many hamstring, knee and ankle injuries he has suffered. The injuries, broken promises by the previous hierarchy, loss of form and confidence....I think it would be good for us and for him if he leaves the club but only at the end of the season. I would not sell for anything less than 45m though. But who will be our new No. 9 then ? Maybe Carroll, or Llorente or Kiesling. Can't think of anyone other than these 3 at the moment.
