If you're knocking Gonzalez you didn't see the game, he was man of the match. Not a lot of end product, but he got past his man several times and looked good. Once he did start getting some crosses in he got taken off, makes no sense. Gerrard was shyte, and worse he didn't look up for it. Anytime we'd lose possession he slumped his shoulders and stopped running...not a great example.

Garcia is an absolute diamond, no less. It's the same as saying Sissoko is shyte because he doesn't pass as well as Alonso. It's the same as saying Carragher is shyte because he doesn't walk the ball out of the defence like Hansen used to. It's the same as saying Crouch is shyte because he's not as quick as Owen was. Garcia has his weaknesses, of course. But he's a bloody good player who can create something out of nothing - we don't have many like that.

Am absolutely proud of our club for doing the right thing here and backing the reputation we have for being a class act.
