Just watched the tribute to King Kev on LFCTV. Typing on my phone with tears in my eyes so apologies for typos. My dad died in April and before the perm he looked a lot like Kevin Keegan. They were both fierce socialists and the tributes to Kevin have been lovely. Anyways… one day we were on holiday on the south coast - I would have been about five - and he was mobbed by a school group of ‘challenged’ children. They were convinced he was Kevin Keegan So my dad gave their teachers a knowing wink, disguised his broad Glaswegian accent and signed autographs for them for a while. It all came flooding back on Monday. R.I.P to both those legends
