I know how good he was. He was awesome. Not saying he wasn't. Gerrard is better though.

kenny played mostly against british players. not saying theres anything wrong with british players. Just saying that the prem game now host the worlds best players, what would the teams of the 70's of made of Suarez and Henry? I win I win

I'm saying that because of these sports science, rotation etc the game has evolved and made Gerrard is the better player. Gerrard is the best footballer Liverpool has ever had.

The pace and athleticism of Gerrard puts him on top. The way Suarez is playing he will be top of that list if he keeps it going. Kenny was great but Gerrard is better. Shame Gerrard hasn't had the same quality of players around him that kenny had because he would of had more goals and silverwear by now.

Top Ten players who shook the kop will have to be reevaluated. After Steven Gerrard he's the best player I've ever seen at Liverpool.

He has a long way to go so thankfully he's so young. His attitude the past 12 months was as if he thought he'd made it. "The hard work is over, I've arrived." His all round play was a bit too relaxed. He's 18 so plenty of time to get grounded and get learning. He did though.

Didn't look much to me like he gave a s*** about the league. And I dont mean it cost him his job. I mean it cost him his credibility with the fans. Most were glad to see him go in the end.

This is the way of things. We all see the problems exept the manager who continues blindly with his one track mind game after game. It cost houllier who refused to admit his signings were crap and kept playing them. It cost Rafa who refused to win league games with a champions league game coming up.

On a positive note I think we're all pleased to have a decent league position going into a mental fixture pile up between now and new years day. Oh and FUOK ROY HODGSON!!
