  1. Just check it on the UEFA site and it's definately the 5 badge and the Winners Badge. For anybody interested the UEFA Site has all the sizes in stock!
  2. Happy birthday JC!
  3. It definately says something about the Champions League Badges Champo's Shirt
  4. They say in the description on the OS that they have the Champions League badge but is this the 5 badge or the actual Champions League Badge? If anybody has got one can they confirm? The Red Champions League shirt is not coming back out is it? Has it also got the 5 stars above the badge like the Red Shirt or is it bascially a quick version to try and make some money? Cheers
  5. Yeah he is eligibile to score the winner in Paris for No 6!
  6. According to Anny there was no £500k due to Leeds and it was all a myth! Regarding Parry's comments and it's only my own view, is the fact that those quotes where probably old quotes used by the echo - maybe from the time we where linked with Distin. At no point in the comments used was Robbie's name mentioned! Isn't Prentice an Evertonian anyway?
  7. Cheers mate!
  8. I wish they'd hurry up and announce his squad number so I can get the home shirt with his name and number on the back! Knowing the club though they won't have any in stock until his contract runs out! Anny - have you heard what the feeling was around the city camp today following God Returning home?
  9. I think I'm still in shock as much as I wanted him to sign (as can be seen in the previous robbie threads) I deep down didn't believe it would happen even though I really wanted and hoped it would. Get in Robbie is ours Again - now for him to score the winner in Gay Paris!
  10. One of my all time Favourites against Vila
  11. Bran Bergen goal I think you where after
  12. I've tried that and It asked me for a licence! Let me know if you get it too work!
  13. I don't mean to and I think that today should all be about GOD returning not going over old ground. I just thought it was interesting that Redknapp had actually said it!
  14. Maybe people would want Robbie back before Owen because Owen has screwed us over twice in two seasons only looking after his bank balance and himself, why else go to Newcastle which was confirmed by Sven, where Robbie would walk back to be in the team. It's called wanting players who actually give a **** about his club not Money / England Career driven players. Fyds quoted before that Robbie couldn't play in Rafa's system, well personally I think this is Rubbish, if there is one aspect of Robbie's game that has changed since his injuries it is his movement, awareness and general team play. To say that Robbie couldn't play in the high tempo style of Rafa but Nando can easily doesn't make sense to me. Nando is just as slow as Robbie, yes Nando has been playing well recently but it certainly not because of his pace it's because of his "football brain" and inteligent play something Robbie since his injuries has developed alot, added to the fact that robbie know's where the net is in the English game which is something Nando has struggled to find.
  15. That is exactly how I remember it and I'm glad I'm not the only one to post it - but no doubt we will be jumped all over in a minute because we've questioned GH and MO!
  16. How about hardly getting a look in even when we where struggling, playing at Leicester, scoring a hat-trick, playing as a lone-striker in Europe next game where we got a good result, then not coming near the starting 11 for another 3 or 4 games. I wouldn't say that was being treated fairly especially when Owen would go 6 or 7 games without scoring when coming back from an injury (a regular occurence) and not get dropped and Heskey once went 23 games without scoring but still wasn't dropped. Anelka stated in an interview that when he had his meeting with GH ad Thommo about signing permanently that he was told in no-uncertain terms that he would be 3rd choice striker behind Owen and Heskey regardless of what he did (he still wanted to sign as he believed he could change GH's mind if he started banging the goals in) and Robbie was in the same situation. How terrible is that, a striker going for goal instead of setting somebody else up - he should have been shot! Get real - do you think Owen would have passed if he'd have been in the same position - No he wouldn't! Some of the abuse he get's on here from LFC fans at times is shocking. He didn't want to leave the club and would walk back from Manchester to sign, is one of the best strikers we have ever had, yet is constantly slagged off by some people who then go and praise another great LFC Striker who cost the club alot of money by holding us to ransom over his contract and then goes to the Geordies for Money and his England Career when he could have signed for us again - but mention anything bad about him and the same people who have a go at Robbie back Owen to the hilt! Owen's record is amazing as a liverpool striker but he screwed us over twice yet people still want him back an won't have a bad word said against him and slag off Robbie!
  17. As a 4th choice striker on a pay-as-you-play contract I'd definately have Robbie back! Looks like City are preparing for him to go anyway: Manchester City are close to signing Heerenveen's Greek striker Georgios Samaras, according to the Dutch club. Arsenal have also shown interest in the 20-year-old, who is under contract with Heerenveen until 2008, but City are said to have tabled a £4.8m deal.
  18. b*******s for it to be a penalty it needs to be a foul in that place they call the 'penalty area' nothing else!!! If it's a foul and the player is running towards the corner flag with his back to goal, it doesn't matter as long as it's a foul and it's in the 'penalty area' it's a penalty!!!
  19. Agree with most of those points! 1. Totally Agree. 2. I thought Cisse (I'm by no strech of the imagination his biggest fan!) worked his backside off tonight and that is not something you usually associate with Djibs. 3. Totally Agree - last year and in the previous 10 years we would have lost that game 3-2 or even 4-1, there just seems to be something about Rafa and the team he's assembled that gives me genuine hope that we are on the right track unlike the many false dawns we have had in the past! 4. Beckham who!!! Thought Xabi was really poor until he scored his goal and after that IMHO he ran the game from the centre of the park! 5. Definately, JC has his worst game in years and it's either coincidence or it proves how good JC is for us - because the whole defence fell apart and that was one of Sami's worst performances in a Red Shirt! Overall really satisfied with the result and the comeback, couple that with the bolton game where again a few years ago we would have lost and I think we are going places under Rafa! 1st half was a major dissapointment from the players though! I thought Gerrard was pretty poor but 1st half we really missed him in the middle of the Park and improved 2nd half when he moved to the centre and even though he didn't have his best game it wasn't a coincidence we where much better when he moved in the centre!! A quick mention about Kromkamp as I thought he looked quite good when he come on, it's hard to judge in this type of game, but a few good touches and a few good crosses. Hats off to Pongo that is 2 Big games he has turned around for us now, Olympiakos at home, forget the Gerrard Screamer Pongo turned that match and again today, the lad has definately got something about him and took his 2 goals brilliantly as was his first touch etc....
