Funny, I always used to assume anyone who booed their own player was a total c*ck. Especially at one-nil down in a European Cup Final when it could only ever have a negative effect on the whole team. But seeing as you didn't know the whole 'sob story' I realise you were actually perfectly within your rights.

I don't think I've ever heard worse commentary in my life. Gray was just terrible, his self-assurance and arrogance as he handed down bulls*** upon bulls*** would have been funny if it wasn't SO f***ING HATEFUL But just as bad was that twit Hawthorne with his constant harping on that Chelsea weren't being treated equally by the ref. I mean one biased idiot you can just about get away with, especially if he's meant to be there as an 'analyst' (ha!) with opinions to share. But you might expect a fricking commentator to at least TRY to be even handed. It all made their defeat oh so much sweeter. And what a relief to hear the 5 Live commentary replayed this morning, Alan Green calling it exactly right, and me realising I wasn't the only one in the world who thought it was a sending off. Not least cos Del Horno tried to chop him down at least twice in the preceding minutes. Bunch o' c**ts - hope you get feckin thrashed in Barca
